We’re currently hiring for the following roles at our Sydney office.

Paralegal – Debt Recovery Team

Sydney  |  Full-time  |  99 Elizabeth Street

Join our high volume debt recovery team and play a hands-on role in helping clients recover what they’re owed. You’ll work directly with our Recoveries team preparing letters of demand, statutory demands, court filings and supporting enforcement action across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a fast-paced role with real variety. You’ll manage a caseload of matters at different stages, liaise with clients and debtors and gain practical exposure to litigation and insolvency processes. Our paralegals are trusted to run matters with support from experienced lawyers and directors, you’re not just photocopying.

What we’re looking for:

  • Currently studying or recently completed a law or legal studies degree
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters at once
  • Confident communicator who’s comfortable on the phone and in writing
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working at pace
  • Interest in insolvency, litigation or debt recovery (experience is a bonus, not a requirement)

Office Manager

Sydney  |  Full-time  |  99 Elizabeth Street

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of the day to day operations of our Sydney office. This role is central to keeping the firm running smoothly, you’ll manage office administration, support the directors, coordinate with external suppliers and help maintain the systems and processes that allow the legal team to focus on client work.

You’ll be the go to person for the team. The right candidate is organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving legal environment. You don’t need a legal background, but you do need to be sharp, reliable and happy to take initiative.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in office management, practice management or a similar coordination role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable with technology, experience with legal practice management systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy, growing firm
