Class Actions

Class actions provide access to justice to those who would otherwise be unable to afford it.  They allow disputes and claims involving large numbers of people to be dealt with in a single case, allowing individuals to hold large and well-resourced corporations accountable when they have engaged in mass wrongs.

Where mass wrongs have occurred, Hilton Bradley’s legal team can make a claim on behalf of the larger group.  At Hilton Bradley we understand there is strength in numbers.

Hilton Bradley runs its class actions on a ‘No Win, No Fee’ basis.  Those signing up under a class action up are not exposed to any costs nor are they exposed to any costs orders if the action is not successful.
